Brand yourself, before your opposition does it for you!
Photographer Michael Wayne Plant is offering to create portraits of anybody, who is campaigning for positive Social Change. This can be anybody who is actively seeking to highlight and further issues of Social Justice, Environmentalism, etc. To further your aims in a media saturated world high quality images are extremely helpful to enable you to present a positive media image to a wider audience, why not brand yourself before your opposition does it for you!
Michael Wayne Plants reasons for wanting to create these portraits are, he would like to meet and photograph this interesting group of people who without this offer may not be able have quality portraits that can be used to further their worthwhile causes, inaddition he feels that this offer enables him to give something back to others using his skills as a photographer.
Terms and conditions
The offer is subject to the following terms and conditions. Michael Wayne Plant (hereafter referred to as the photographer) retains all copyright of images. The Photographer gives permission for the use of the portrait (photograph) to be used in any media (web and print), on he condition that the portrait is being used in connection with the Social Activists (person in portrait) political or social campaign (for positive social purposes i.e. social justice, climate change etc), to actively promote their agenda and further their social action that the Photographer has identified as being of interest to a wider audience. If the portrait is used for commercial gain other than in context of the social campaign any profits will be split between the photographer and social activist on a 50/50 basis. The Photographer and Social Activist undertakes to only use the image for commercial gain with the approval of the other party’s consent.
This offer is an attempt to give social activists the opportunity to create high quality promotional portraits, which can be used to promote their social causes.
