I would recommend a visit to OffPrint when it is at the Tate Modern in the Turbine Hall between 12-14 May will be the place to be if you are interested in Photography and artist books. I only just found this and it is already in my Dairy to attend.

As some of you know I want to publish a book or two of my work and I am actively exploring producing a few Zines as well. So this event will be a good one to attend for me as I explore the work of other photographers/artists who are making book of their work.

I don’t know enough about book publishing as it is an art form in and of its self so seeing a lot of work in one place is a great idea.

Speaking of that, recently I was in Paris with DxO and on my last day in town I got to go to the Maison Européenne de la Photographie or MEP for short. They have a fantastic library in their basement where they have thousands of Photobooks and Zines. The librarian was so cool letting me look though so many of them for inspiration and I want to now make a list of more that I want to see of next time I am in Paris so I can go visit them again.
