A very interesting if long video of the crisis that is confronting the middle class within American and by extension our society as it struggles to reconcile the problems of lowering incomes, increasing debt and rising housing costs. On top of that it also manages to make a very strong case for why we need to keep the NHS free at point of service to all UK citizens as the cost s of heath insurance in the USA has sky rocketed over the past 20 or so years. This is what documentary photographers are going to need to start really exploring how our capitalist system is currently configured and why it is different to what preceded it. The coming crisis will only help to reconfigure it again.
